How do I RSVP?
Please visit the RSVP tab on our wedding website, locate your name, and let us know if you plan to attend. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
What should I do if I cannot make it?
If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
When do you need my RSVP by?
Please RSVP by or before July 9th, 2025.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the base of the Gondola 45 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure everyone is up the hill and that we can start the party as scheduled. The ceremony starts at 5:00 p.m.
Coordinates for the gondola are: 39.7625° N, 257.0222° W
Can I bring a date?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations at our venue, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests not to bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation.
Are children welcome?
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate everyone’s children on our wedding day. If your children were not included on the invitation, we hope that you will take this as an opportunity to have a parent's night out and enjoy the party with us.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! We would absolutely love to have all our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is black tie optional.
What is the weather like there in August?
In Colorado, layers are typically your best friend. Due to the altitude, it may be quite warm on a sunny day and then chilly as soon as the sun goes down. Having a coat available after dark is suggested!
Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors if weather permits. The reception will be indoors. Please plan to bring a jacket if necessary.
Do you have a room block set up?
Yes! We have a block of rooms at the Winter Park Resort. Please let us know if you have any questions or are unable to book within the hotel block.
Is transportation provided?
Winter Park has a very robust and free bus/shuttle system. Uber and Lyft are very limited, so the bus is the best way to get around the area.
If you plan to use the bus, please download The Lift Rider app on your smartphone to monitor bus routes in real-time.
Summer service: Service is provided on the Black Line and the Granby Regional Commuter route only. Service runs from 7 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. 7 days between Winter Park Resort, the Towns of Winter Park, Fraser and Granby.
On-call service: The Lift offers free on-call service between ALL designated lift stops from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., 7 days a week. Call the number listed below to schedule a pickup.
What is the phone number for the on-call ride service 'The Lift?'
970.726.4163
Is parking available?
Yes! We recommend parking in the Village Parking Garage, conveniently located in the center of the Village at Winter Park Resort. Levels 1 and 2 offer approximately 200 close-in parking spaces, all of which are free in the summer.
CAN I LEAVE MY CAR OVERNIGHT?
Yes, as long as you are in the Village Parking Garage.
WILL THERE BE ANY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/GLUTEN FREE/SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS?
Please contact us directly for any dietary restrictions so that we can make sure our catering team is prepared!
Coming from sea level?
Make sure that you are drinking PLENTY of water throughout your time in Colorado! This will help you acclimate to the altitude.
Do I need to bring my ID?
Yes. The venue's policy requires their staff to request the proper government-issued photo ID of any person of questionable age. We recommend having your ID with you in case they ask to see it.
WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?
You are so thoughtful! Please see the registry tab on our wedding website for more information.
I still have questions - Who do I contact?
Feel free to reach out to Claire or Michael!
